Kuassi Mensah is Senior Manager of Product Management, for Oracle Database Access and Programming Interfaces which includes Java, JDBC, OCI, PHP, Ruby, Python and Perl. He joined Oracle France in 1989 as system and database performance expert then took over the Centre of Expertise specializing in application architecture and database performance. In 1999, he moved to Oracle headquarters within the Oracle's Advanced Technology group. Mr Mensah holds a MS and post graduate in Computer Sciences from the Programming Institute of University of Paris VI.
